Refund Policy

Return, Product Exchange, and Refund Policy

 We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you agreed to check your item(s) 7 days after receiving them to request a return. If you fail to report within 7 days, your return and replacement will be forfeited.

 

Exceptions, non-returnable, and non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like 40% and above Sale Items.

 

Return and Replacement Process

To initiate a return, please reach out to us either by calling 09959064496 or emailing us at homevibeph@gmail.com. Kindly include the order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our Quality Control team will carefully inspect the items upon return for verification purposes. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items. Please note that returns will only be accepted with prior approval. If an order was picked up in-store, the item must be returned in-store. If an order was delivered, you may return the item in-store.

 

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must fall into the following categories:

  • Defective and damaged items (Damaged boxes are not allowed for return, as all our products are well packed before delivery. Damages to the box may happen during transit, which HomeVibe PH no longer controls.
  • Wrong item delivered (items delivered are not the same in the Packing Slip)
  • Incomplete or lacking items or parts from your orders (we will deliver the missing parts)
  • Missing promotional items (freebies)

 

Product Exchange

Product/s you wish to exchange should be the same amount or higher than the purchase price. We do not refund any amount.

 

 Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your order must fall into the following categories:

  • The defective and wrong item was delivered, and there is no available stock to replace it.
  • Paid orders placed online but cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of or erroneous inventory after placing the order and subsequently physical checking in the warehouse.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be requested to provide bank details for us to be able to process a refund and be advised of updates on when it will be credited to your account.

 

Refunds and cancellations of orders made through Terminal and Online Stores

Payments made via credit card can still be applied for a refund. However, payment reversals are made only via these methods:

  • Gcash
  • Cash
  • Bank Transfers

 

 

Limitations

 You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Thus, an order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched.

It will take us a maximum of 2–3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 14 business days to process a refund.

A cancelled order will incur a cancellation fee of 3.5% of the net payable amount.

Thank you for your purchase, and we hope you’re happy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for reasons such as:

 

  • Damaged Material
  • Wrong Item delivered
  • Wrong size delivered
  • For Upgrade / Downgrade

 

You can easily return it for free by emailing our customer service team at homevibeph@gmail.com. or contact us at 09959064496.

 

You have 100 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s):

  • It must still be in good condition when you receive it. A representative from HomeVibe PH will check your item(s) to approve the return.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

After the return has been completed, you can get a full refund.

 

Refund and Replacement

If you wish to upgrade your EMMA mattress, you may pay the deficit amount via cash payment, GCash, credit card, or bank transfer. However, if you wish to downgrade your purchase, be advised that we do not refund cash, and we encourage you to use the amount to purchase other Homevibe items.

Warranty

The Original Mattress is made to last and is guaranteed for 10 years. We give our Emma beds a 5-year manufacturer warranty.

 

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery within Metro Manila. If you wish to return an item, free shipping applies only once. Therefore:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your when returning your item. Similarly, you will also shoulder the shipping cost for the item’s replacement delivery.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for our exchanged product to reach you may vary.
